Raw stones are handpicked by crystal artisans whose skills have passed through generations, tested by nationally recognized third-party appraisal institutes, and accompanied by certificates — guaranteeing genuine natural Grade A crystal with no dyeing or acid treatment. Origin and mining information for every stone accompanies the box, traceable at every step.

Every stone comes with an authoritative appraisal certificate, and the certificate number can be verified on the appraisal institute's official website. You may also return the stone to us for re-inspection within 7 days of delivery; if it is not genuine natural Grade A crystal, we will refund you in full and cover the testing fee.

We never force renewals. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@angelsigils.life and we will assist you. Cancellation takes effect immediately; boxes already shipped this month are unaffected, and no further charges are made from the following month.

Following a "season + theme" rotation, we feature varieties such as Hetian crystal, jadeite, Xiuyan crystal, Dushan crystal and Aventurine, keeping neighboring months distinct in type and color whenever possible. Premium members can specify preferred varieties by email and we will do our best to honor them.

Within 7 days of delivery, damaged, missing or defective boxes can be returned or exchanged free of charge with no conditions, and we cover shipping both ways. Natural characteristics of crystal — such as inclusions, grain and color variation — are not considered quality defects. For jewelry, once the seal is broken, returns due to "not liking it" are not accepted in principle; we appreciate your understanding.

Each box contains a unique QR code. Scan it to enter your personal page, enter the serial number from the box, and unlock the month's digital guide. The guide includes four steps — cleansing the hands, visualizing, making a wish and keeping it close — with both text and audio guidance you can save to your phone and revisit anytime. Yes. Premium members can specify preferred varieties, colors and meaning themes. All members can "pause" for 1–2 months free of charge — no charges, no shipments during the pause, and you can freely choose when to resume. Both pausing and resuming are done by emailing our support team.
